Anxiety can impact your sleep, appetite, energy, relationships, and even physical health. That’s why our approach combines therapy, medication (if needed), practical tools, and lifestyle changes. Whether you’re constantly on edge or dealing with panic attacks, our goal is to support your recovery across every part of your life.
Anxiety is often misdiagnosed — or missed entirely. It can be confused with medical issues, depression, or stress. Our expert team uses advanced psychological assessments to deeply understand your symptoms, rule out similar conditions, and ensure that the care you receive is accurate, personalised, and effective from the very start.
Anxiety doesn’t show up the same way for everyone — and your treatment experience should reflect that. Our clinical psychologists and psychiatrists take the time to understand what makes you, YOU. They’ll help you with a plan that fits your symptoms, your lifestyle, and your goals — not something that feels forced or generic.
You probably don’t want your anxiety to control your life — and neither do we. We create structured plans that support your recovery and help manage symptoms like racing thoughts, worry, or panic. Your treatment is designed to be effective, time-bound, and tailored to help you get back to feeling like yourself again.
Meet with both a psychologist and a psychiatrist to understand your symptoms, history, and mental health needs.
We use specialised clinical tools to identify the root cause and extent of your Anxiety.
Start a tailored treatment plan for anxiety that combines therapy, medication (if needed), and lifestyle changes that suit your personal needs.
Get ongoing care with regular follow-ups and progress monitoring to help you maintain control over your Anxiety.

When you visit BetterPlace for the first time, you will speak to our in-house clinical psychologists and psychiatrists, who will take a detailed case history and understand your chief complaints. The psychologist will then discuss your case with our psychiatrist, who will share a diagnosis and recommend the appropriate assessments and treatment plans.
Our preferred approach is for you to meet both because each treatment plan is a combination of psychotherapy and psychiatric services. Our goal is to have you recover faster, and stay well. However, you can meet just one of them too, if you wish to do so.
No, in the first session, we will thoroughly understand your case and symptoms. From there our psychiatrists will diagnose you using the latest diagnostic tools, they will coordinate with the in-house psychologists to discuss a treatment plan, and only then your treatment will start.
If your symptoms start affecting your daily functioning, like hindering your personal development and professional performance, you should consider seeking professional help. Symptoms like excessive worry, worry without a reason, heart palpitations, unexplained fear, sweating, or shaking can indicate a need for you to visit a psychiatrist or a psychologist. Usually, if these symptoms persist for more than 2 weeks, it’s time to visit a mental health professional.
Our approach to anxiety is simple: we focus on getting you better, faster—not just offering short bursts of relief that take years to add up. With clinically proven assessments, we can quickly and accurately understand your condition, allowing us to provide fast, targeted symptom relief. And if sticking to your medication or staying motivated with therapy feels tough, we’re here with ongoing support to help you stay on track.

There’s no one-size-fits-all treatment in mental health – each person needs a unique treatment plan, so the recovery period can also differ. However, most patients start seeing significant improvement in their day-to-day functioning and quality of life within 2-3 weeks of treatment. In fact, for certain advanced psychiatric treatments like accelerated rTMS (for Depression, OCD and Addictions), patients can start seeing results in a few days.
Our psychiatrists and psychologists provide both online and offline consultancy. However, some specialised therapy techniques like relaxation therapy, rTMS or tDCS can only be administered in person, at our clinic.
