More than 60% cases of persistent insomnia have underlying psychological factors such as stress, anxiety, depression or certain other medical conditions. Effectively treating insomnia starts with accurately identifying the underlying causes.
Our Psychologists & Doctors (Sleep specialists) conduct thorough sleep assessments and, if needed, polysomnography (sleep study) to accurately diagnose your sleep issues and determine the root cause.
Once we determine the root cause, our team of experts create a personalised treatment plan that may involve cognitive, relaxation and sleep therapy, medication, and lifestyle adjustments to effectively restore your sleep.
Our treatments provide immediate symptomatic relief in the short-term and improve your overall sleep patterns within 4 weeks. The long term effectiveness of the sleep program depends on the continued treatment of the underlying causes.
Work with a psychiatrist and psychologist to understand how your mental health, thoughts, and habits may be affecting your sleep, and get expert guidance to improve it.
Utilise tools like polysomnography and clinical assessments to figure out what’s really causing your insomnia.
Receive a personalised treatment plan from our sleep specialists and start your sleep disorder treatment.
Get ongoing care with regular follow-ups and progress monitoring to help you maintain control over your insomnia.
